WHAT can be returned?

 

Orders can be changed and cancelled up to 1st of July through the web site or by calling 02 48451051.

For safety reasons fireworks are not returnable to the retail stores.  Excess or unused fireworks can be given to SafeWork NT.  We suggest you use them all on 1st of July.  

Fireworks that have been in the public domain have to be destroyed in case they have been poorly handled (unknown) which is why they are non refundable or returnable.
